Emergency

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (commonly known as the Clery Act) requires higher education institutions to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses, and is enforced by the United States Department of Education.

The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to publish an annual security report by October 1, which documents three calendar years of select campus crime statistics including security policies and procedures and information on the basic rights guaranteed to victims of sexual assault. The law requires schools make the report available to all current students and employees, and readily available to prospective students and employees upon request. Additionally, institutions of higher learning are mandated to compile and report fire data to the federal government and publish an annual fire safety report.

Statistical data, policy statements, education and training program information, and resources are included in the attached PDF documents. Click on either link to access the Annual Security Report or Fire Safety report in a new window.
